2. Principles of Data Processing
We process personal data only in accordance with applicable data protection law, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to provide our website and services, or where you have given us your explicit consent.

Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). This data is deleted after a maximum of 7 days and is not merged with other data sources.
Our hosting provider is: Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos str., 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
4. Contact Form / Application Form
Our website offers a form through which you can request a free 30-minute diagnostic call. We collect the following data:

- Email address
- Company
- Industry
- Any additional information you provide
This data is used solely to process your enquiry and prepare for the call. We do not share it with third parties.
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing business enquiries).
Retention Period
Enquiry data will be deleted after the enquiry or initial call is concluded, and no later than 24 months if no contract is entered into. If a contract is concluded, statutory retention periods apply (generally 10 years under German commercial and tax law).
5. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics is only activated if you have given your explicit consent via our cookie banner.
The information generated by cookies about your use of this website is transmitted to Google servers. IP anonymisation is applied: your IP address is truncated within EU member states before transmission.
